Current Classes

Yorkley Community Centre
Monday mornings - 11.00am - 12.30pm
Wed  mornings - 11.00am-12:30pm
Thursday mornings - 11.00am-12.30pm
Lydney Community Centre
Monday afternoons Chair yoga - 2- 3pm
Wednesday evenings - 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Online Yoga Classes
​Tuesday mornings - 10am - 11.30am
​Thursday evenings - 6pm - 7.30pm

One-to-one Yoga

 Private one-to-one Yoga sessions are available.
​These take place in my yoga studio in St Briavels.
The cost for one-to-one Yoga is £50 for a one hour session.
You can book up here.  If there is not a time slot to suit you, do get in touch, I may be able to accommodate you.

Yoga Therapy

 Yoga Therapy appointments  are available.
​These take place at my home yoga studio in St Briavels.
The cost for a Yoga Therapy appointment is £50.
